This page explains what Head Full of Noise collects, how it is used, and which service providers help operate the marketplace.
Head Full of Noise is operated by Dead Goat Company, LLC. This policy applies to the public site, customer accounts, checkout, downloads, and support requests that run through Head Full of Noise.
Effective date: April 9, 2026.
We collect information needed to operate the marketplace. That can include your name, email address, account profile information, order and licensing details, download history, billing address, and messages you send through the contact form.
We also collect technical and usage information such as search queries, cart activity, favorites, device and browser information, IP address, session data, and basic page interaction data that help us secure the site, keep accounts signed in, and understand how the marketplace is being used.
We use personal information to create and authenticate accounts, process orders, calculate taxes, deliver downloads, maintain order records, respond to support questions, prevent abuse, and improve the browsing and checkout experience.
Contact form submissions are routed to our support email so we can respond to general questions, order issues, and reports about incorrect image or listing information.
Head Full of Noise uses cookies and similar storage tools to keep accounts signed in, preserve cart state, support checkout, and remember device-level favorites. Some of these tools are necessary for the site to function correctly.
We also use Google Analytics to understand traffic and site usage. Your browser may let you block or clear cookies, but some site features may stop working properly if you do. At this time, the site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
We use third-party providers that process information on our behalf to operate the marketplace. These currently include Stripe for payments, DreamHost for email, Fly.io for hosting, Cloudflare R2 for file storage, and Google for analytics.
We do not store full payment card details in the application itself. Payment information handled by Stripe is processed under Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.
We keep account, order, and download records as needed to provide access, support prior purchases, resolve disputes, maintain tax and business records, and preserve the operational history of the marketplace. We retain different categories of data for different periods depending on what is needed to run the service and meet legal obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Head Full of Noise is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the effective date above.
